I had a bit of an epiphany in the past couple of days; Conservatism is superior to Liberalism and Progressivism because it does not mandate HOW people live, but rather allows them to live, how THEY want, in freedom and liberty from Gov't control. Conservatism, philosophically constrains government from overstepping its intended boundaries to ensure people are free to be, pursue, and become what they choose.
Your thoughts and opinions as to the ramifications, implications, or alternatives are welcome.

Republicans & Hand-outs & Entitlements
by Rev. Wayne Perryman
Republican's boast that they are the party that believes that if you work hard instead of sitting around asking for handouts, you will be successful and experience the American dream. But what they will not say is that: they believe in hand-outs for those that are accepted and connected, but not for those who are not.

USA Constitution or Obama Executive Orders?
The following article written by our contributing writer, Michael Connelly, should be a wake up call for all of us. Michael is a constitutional attorney and is the only person I know who has read and analyzed the entire Obama healthcare bill. It's frustrating that as American citizens we seem helpless to effect any change in the direction our country is headed. I think we're sitting on a powder keg and if Michael is correct in his analysis - if Obama usurps the constitution - I cannot venture to guess what will happen next! God help us all!

We Must Care More For America Than Our Political Party
by Rev. Wayne Perryman
In looking at elections won and lost, I have concluded that Republicans must show that they care more about America than they do about the success of their own political party if they want win elections and protect and preserve the future of America. I am convinced that the success of the party should be a by-product of caring about America and all of its citizens, black, white, Asians, Latino, native Americans, rich, poor and middle class.

Will God Bless the Davids of the 112th Congress?
by Talk American Managing Editor - Jamie Walker
Now that the election of 2010 is mostly over, it’s
appropriate to consider the outcome in light of the new variable in the
political equation, The Tea Party Movement.
There’s little point in rehashing the history of the Tea
Party Movement. It’s been well documented and with the possible exception of
the mainstream media, mostly understood by most Americans. But to restate the
movement’s fundamental principles, they are: Fiscal Sanity and Restraint at the Federal Level with an end to the
Keynesian policies that have been soundly disproven. Constitutionally limited government, adhering to the appropriately
stated charter of negative liberties intended to limit the encroachment of
government into our personal lives. And lastly, Free Markets; not State Capitalism; not socialism and not
neo-fascism.
